REGISTRATION

Registration is required for all Symposium participants and accompanying persons.

The recommended option to register for the Symposium is via the Internet using the

online registration form.

* Students must submit an official document - a letter from their head of department, tutor or alike - verifying their status. It should be sent to Ms Karin Keber either as a pdf file to karin.keber@auditoria.si or a copy by fax to +386 1 2445 675; the original should be sent to the registration office by regular mail or handed over at the time of registration on site. Eligibility for the IERASG financial support is defined at IERASG Student Scolarship.

Full and Student Registration for participants includes:

· 2-year IERASG membership fee

· Admission to all scientific sessions

· Free entrance to the Exhibiton

· Symposium material

· Coffee breaks and lunches

· Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 10

· Excursion to Lipica and Postojna Caves on Tuesday, June 12

· Gala Dinner on Wednesday, June 13

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

· VAT (20%) is included in the registration fee.

IERASG Student Scolarship

The IERASG financial support in the amount of 500 US$ will be awarded to the first 20 students, who have:

· registered on-line

· paid the student registration fee

· proved their student status by an e-mailed or faxed document

· submitted an abstract.

A cheque will be handed over to them at Symposium venue in the exchange of the original document proving their status.
